The office was founded in 1988 by Bashar Fahoum.
The firm boasts a broad team of Professional Licensed Surveyors, Certified Engineers and Technicians across various engineering disciplines.
The company executes and provides surveying services, supervision, quality assurance, and auditing of Survey Plans (Tatzarim) for government ministries and numerous governmental and private companies.
The company's manager and owner, Geodetic Engineer Bashar Fahoum, has been a Certified Surveyor since 1988 and an Auditor Surveyor since 2012. He is engaged in the auditing of Survey Plans for public entities and private surveyors and served as an external consultant for the Israel Land Authority concerning the advancement of land settlement blocks, as well as an external consultant for the "Planning Administration" regarding jurisdiction boundaries and consultation for the construction division.
The company is a provider of surveying and control services for many governmental and public bodies, including: the Ministry of Construction and Housing, the Israel Land Authority, the Survey of Israel (Center for Mapping Israel), the Planning Administration, the Israel Electric Corporation, and many others.
